| Nature of Service | Your relationship with Zhongguojie is an agency agreement. We provide centralized warehousing, packing, optional insurance and hand-over to upstream carriers (express, postal, air, sea). |

| Proof of Delivery | Delivery is deemed complete when the shipment reaches the recipient address and is signed for by the recipient or an authorized person, or when tracking shows delivered, or when local signature images/video are available. |
| Liability | For loss, damage or shortage caused by us, compensation is based on actual value. Without insurance coverage, compensation may not cover the full loss, so please consider our coverage plans. |
| Claims | Keep proof of value (invoice, contract, payment record) and photos showing the tracking number together with outer packaging, inner packaging, filler and damage in one frame. |
| Common Exclusions | Wrong recipient data, prohibited goods, failure to clear customs, force majeure, fragile items without protection, and self-packed goods without reinforcement are excluded from compensation. |
| Dispute Resolution | Disputes should be settled amicably. Failing that, litigation shall be filed with the competent court where Zhongguojie is located. |
